During the lamination process, a high-strength pressure (generally 300-450 psi) must be applied to the multi-layer PCB, which can easily cause layer misalignment. After misalignment, the circuits of different networks may be connected, leading to internal short circuits. Therefore, positioning is necessary before lamination.
